Sidekick and all options are licensed on a annual basis. The base
package includes server infrastructure, performer/capture program
and client applet. The Dialer, Multiple Language and Metering options
are included at no extra charge. Also, included in all our licenses
is full support, maintenance and any upgrades. The license allows
you to run Sidekick on one development server and one deployment
server. Upgrading to additional features involves a payment equal
to the difference in price plus $75. A Pentium IV-level PC for performer
is required with the Streaming option or with the Pan-Tilt-Zoom
feature.
